Returns & Refunds Policy

We have a 14-day return window, which begins on the date your order is marked as delivered by the carrier.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In the same condition in which you received it
  • With original tags attached
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Returns are subject to inspection and approval at our discretion.

Items returned with signs of wear, washing, deodorant marks, makeup stains, perfume scent, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for refund.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

To initiate a return, please email info@TennisBrat.com prior to sending your item back. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery and include photo documentation so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Claims submitted after 3 days of delivery may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:

  • Sale or promotional items
  • Gift cards
  • Accessories (including hats, visors, socks, bags, and water bottles)
  • Limited-edition capsule collections

Exchanges

If you would like a different size or item, the fastest way to ensure availability is to return your original item (if eligible) and place a new order separately.

We’re always happy to help you find the right size or style to ensure the best fit.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without justification. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
